China-Portugal Forum on Coastal Environment and Innovative Technology for Sustainable Development (CPCET) 2023
The China-Portugal Forum on Coastal Environment and Innovative Technology for Sustainable Development (CPCET) 2023took place in the Macau University of Science and Technology on 27 March - 1 April 2023.Mr Simon Wong, Chief Executive Officer of LSCM,was invited to give a talkon “Innovative Technologies for Enabling the Development of the Society” on 29 March at the forum to introduce a series of smart city technologies developed by LSCM and those developed in collaboration with the partnering universities in Hong Kong. The guests exchanged their ideas and views on global technology development at the Forum.
Police Technival
Organised by the Police Information and Communications Technology Society, the Police Technival took place on 12 February 2023. LSCM specially designed a range-shooting game with the Maxbot to engage the visitors. The game let the visitors enjoy the fun of using technology and the LSCM booth was one of the most popular booths at the exhibition.
Mr Chow Yat Ming, Joe, PMSM, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Management), Hong Kong Police Force, visited the LSCM booth to explore the Centre’s technologies and application.
The visitors enjoyed playing the range-shooting game at the event.
