Charles joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong (PwC) in 1992 and moved to PwC's Shenzhen office in 1995. He was admitted as a partner of the firm in 2002.
Charles has over 33 years of experience in providing auditing and advisory services to the multi-national and domestic clients in China and Hong Kong. He has been the key partner responsible for the audits of a number of PwC’s major financial services clients in China. He supports his clients in various aspects, including statutory audits, IPO, financial risk management and internal controls and builds trusted relationships with his clients by bringing insights and true value to them.
Charles was a director of Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI).
Charles is a Practising Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in United Kingdom.
