5th Asia-Pacific Food Safety International Conference (APFSIC)

The APFSIC 2021 organised by the Food Safety Consortium of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University was held on 27-28 January 2021 in a virtual format. In the conference, Mr Simon Wong, CEO of LSCM, introduced our technologies deployed in the Universal Community Testing Programme (UTCP) which are also suitable for enhancing food safety. In the panel discussion, Mr Wong and other speakers exchanged their views and knowledge about the latest trends and development of food safety technologies.
