The 3rd Annual Forum of the UGI Consortium

Organised by the Research Institute for Sustainable Urban Development and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the 3rd Annual Forum of the UGI Consortium for Sustainable Urban Development took place in Jockey Club Innovation Tower on 22 June 2019. LSCM hosted the afternoon session of the event with the theme of 'Smart City Tech to Enhance Sustainability'. Presentations on "AI Application on Resource and Risk Management", "Big Data-Driven Resources Management Engine and Application Tools", and "IoT Application for the Community", etc. were delivered by LSCM's representatives with a panel discussion to conclude the event.

Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre (LSCM) is Hong Kong’s leading Centre of technology research and development (R&D) across numerous sectors, both public and private. These projects were undertaken to not only enhance efficiency, but also to provide effective solutions for the ageing problems across multiple industries in Hong Kong.

LSCM has a wealth of case studies in our database. These range from sophisticated virtual reality training modules to secure E-Lock system and E-Cheque Wallet applications, and many more.
