Mrs. Lam was the Chief Executive Officer, Subsidiaries between 2017 and 2021, overseeing 3 wholly owned subsidiaries of Cathay Pacific Airways: Cathay Pacific Services Ltd. (“CPSL”), Hong Kong Airport Services Ltd. (“HAS”) and Vogue Laundry Service Ltd. CPSL operates the Cathay Pacific Cargo Terminal and HAS provides ground handling services at Hong Kong International Airport.

Mrs. Lam was a member of the HKMA Quality Award Board of Examiners from 2003 to 2008 and is a member of the Advisory Council on Food and Environmental Hygiene of Food and Health Bureau, Hong Kong SAR Government and a member of the Safeguard Committee of Hong Kong Q-Mark Council, Federation of Hong Kong Industries.
