Leveraging on the RFID-based Interoperable Gateway developed by the LSCM R&D Centre in 2008, logistics sector is able to share and retrieve information via cross information platform among piers, shipping firms, vessels and towing service companies. The research deliveries would benefit the efficiency enhancement, service reinforcement and increase of transparency.
