LSCM always encourages its staff to join in activities with a view to providing staff members with training opportunities and collaboration with other community partners. On 9 December 2023, about 30 staff members participated in the “Corporate Challenge Outward Bound Activity 2023”, a Fun Staff Engagement with Charitable & ESG initiatives at Lingnan University Multi-Purpose Outdoor Sports Ground in Tuen Mun. The participation is very successful and a memorable as well as impactful experience had been earned which will provide them with long-lasting benefits.
